With the eCaupo customer feedback extension, you collect your customers' opinions in a targeted way – simply, automatically and exactly where they arise. That way you learn how your service, your delivery and your dishes really come across, and you can react early before negative reviews appear on external platforms.

Two flexible ways to honest feedback

On the one hand, you can send automatic feedback emails after orders. You decide yourself at what rhythm customers are contacted – for example after every tenth, twentieth or fiftieth order. That way you gather feedback regularly without overwhelming your customers. The email contains a personal link to your feedback form, which can be conveniently filled in online.

On the other hand, a general feedback form is available that can be used independently of an order. It is ideal for your eCaupo shop, your own website, QR codes in the restaurant, flyers or other promotional materials.

Your form, your questions

The feedback form is fully customisable. You decide yourself:

• which questions are asked
• which questions are mandatory
• and which answer types are used

You can choose between star ratings, simple selection fields such as “yes / no” and free-text fields for personal comments. The form can be changed and extended at any time and tested in a preview beforehand.

All ratings at a glance: the feedback dashboard

All incoming ratings are clearly displayed in the feedback dashboard. There you see individual ratings, averages for star questions, trends over time and evaluations per question. If you wish, you can also view individual feedback in detail and assign it directly to an order. Only you see the results.
