Individual order windows

With the eCaupo order windows extension, you design your order views exactly as they fit your working day.

Instead of one fixed standard window, you create your own order windows with individual filters – for example by status, responsibility or special labels such as counter or pickup. You decide yourself which information is displayed and can add practical quick actions to save time and clicks. Each order window updates automatically and can be adjusted at any time. That way you keep the overview even at high order volumes and organise your eCaupo delivery shop more efficiently – simple, flexible and clearly arranged.

Your own labels for orders

Item labels help you highlight important products in the shop. The labels are displayed right next to the item name and make special properties visible at a glance – for example “NEW”, “Popular” or “Available for a short time only”. You create labels centrally, assign names and colours and then attach them to the desired items. That keeps your product markings clear and easy to maintain.
