And let us reassure you right away. eCaupo is continuously developed and you don't have to do anything for it. In 2021 alone, we developed and rolled out ten updates for you. With your monthly fee you haven't just paid for the use of eCaupo, but also for its ongoing development.
What do updates do for you?
We always keep eCaupo up to date. New updates that we develop for you solve problems and bugs in the delivery shop, but equally bring new features you're allowed to use. Most of these new features are free and you can use them right away or activate them at the push of a button according to your needs. Some new features, however, require a small one-time or monthly additional fee, since they're not needed by all customers or integrate a partner service. In any case, you can decide for yourself whether you want to use these additional features, which aren't strictly required for operating eCaupo.
How do you receive updates?
Completely automatically. We develop them and update your eCaupo shop during the times you're not open. Updates are tested by us and are always compatible with your delivery shop. Only absolutely critical updates are occasionally installed during opening hours. In that case, though, they're meant to provide quick relief if there are problems. After every update, we inform you about the new features by email. That way you always stay up to date and see what has changed.
