With the email newsletter extension, you stay in touch with your customers with ease. Send news, promotions and offers by email in a targeted way – directly from your eCaupo shop and fully automated.

Once the extension is activated, you can start right away. Newsletters are sent either via an email server provided by eCaupo or via your own mail server. That keeps you flexible and in full control.

Who receives your newsletter?

When creating a newsletter, you decide yourself who should receive it. You can write to newsletter subscribers who registered via an integrated sign-up function in the shop, as well as your existing regulars.

eCaupo automatically respects your customers' individual settings – newsletters are only sent to recipients who have explicitly consented to receiving them.

New subscribers are also taken into account automatically: customers who sign up after your newsletter has been created receive it as well – and unsubscriptions are of course respected.

Scheduled sending

Flexible content blocks are available for the design. Combine texts, images and special content such as linked promotions or offers, and build your newsletter step by step. Before sending, you can run a test delivery at any time to check the result.
