Delivery routes at the push of a button: eCaupo now works with optinavo

The orders are in, the food is packed, the addresses are on the table. And then the puzzle starts: who drives where first? Usually one person plans it in their head. That takes time, and when exactly that person is missing, things get difficult.

This is where our new partner optinavo comes in. optinavo is a route planning service that calculates the best order for your delivery stops, with an arrival time for every stop. And the best part: optinavo is directly connected to eCaupo. No retyping addresses, no exporting Excel lists.

Who it is for

optinavo is made for planned deliveries — wherever you collect several orders and deliver them together at a set time:

• Lunch deliveries to offices and companies
• Catering and pre-orders for a specific day
• Subscription boxes, farm shops, drinks and organic deliveries
• Flowers, baked goods and anything else with fixed delivery days

optinavo is not meant for the hot pizza that has to go out right after baking. For that, your drivers keep working as usual with the eCaupo Driver App.

How it works in three steps

1. Connect once. In the eCaupo Manager, click “Connect with optinavo” under extensions, create your optinavo account and confirm. You can then try it straight away in the free test mode, without payment details.
2. Optimise the route. On delivery day, click “Optimise route”. eCaupo sends the day’s delivery addresses to optinavo. Before anything starts, you see what the calculation will cost.
3. Set off. Your delivery list is shown in the best order, with an arrival time on every order. Addresses that could not be found are clearly marked.

What it costs

optinavo charges per optimised stop, not per month. You top up credit and only pay for what you actually plan: from €0.06 per stop (net) for a route with one vehicle. No subscription, no base fee, no minimum term. Failed calculations cost nothing.

• Lunch service: 20 office deliveries a day = €1.20 per day, around €26.40 a month over 22 days
• Subscription boxes: 25 stops every Tuesday = €1.50 per route, around €6.50 a month
• Catering day: 12 deliveries = €0.72

Billing is directly between you and optinavo, with an e-invoice. Your eCaupo contract stays exactly as it is. All prices net plus VAT. optinavo is available to businesses based in the EU; its customer portal is currently in German only.

Your data stays with you

For each stop, optinavo only receives the delivery address and an order number. Your customers’ names, phone numbers and order contents stay in eCaupo. optinavo deletes routes automatically 30 days after delivery day, and a data processing agreement is included.
