Slow times – reducing staff costs

Sometimes the eCaupo AI tool shows you weak phases in the middle of the day – e.g. between 2 pm and 4 pm. That's not a problem, but an opportunity: you can schedule a break for your team exactly during these times.

💡 Good to know: Orders in this period are usually not lost. Many customers simply order before or after. You shift the revenue instead of losing it.

👉 Tips:

• Build in a lunch break, e.g. from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. That saves wage costs – without major losses in revenue.
• Stagger breaks in pairs if you still want to remain reachable.
• Do you see weak times at the start (e.g. from 11 am) or in the evening (e.g. after 10 pm)? Then ask yourself: does it really make sense to be open then?

📉 Less staff during quieter times = lower costs + a more relaxed team. That's not a gut feeling – that's what your dashboard shows you.
